1. Your files never leave your device
All watermark removal — for images and video — runs locally in your browser using Canvas and WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server. There are no accounts and no per-file records, because no server ever sees your files. You can verify this yourself: after the page has loaded, disconnect from the internet — the tool keeps working.
2. What the site stores locally
Two small preferences are kept in your browser's localStorage: your language (English/Korean) and your theme (dark/light). They stay on your device and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
3. Analytics and cookies
The core tool works without any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. If optional, privacy-respecting analytics are ever added to measure page visits, they will never have access to your files, which are processed entirely on your device.
4. Third parties
All code, including the ffmpeg WebAssembly engine, is served from this site's own origin — nothing is loaded from third-party CDNs. Wiper is not affiliated with Google or any other third party.
